From our experience, it means that the PATS antenna cannot read transponder signal reliably. For example, some of our users who experimented with keys reached B10D7:94 if they wrapped the key in a foil.

Programming PSCM on older cars like Mondeo 4/S-Max, Fiesta Mk7 is quite risky, chance to damage the module is very high. It is not a software fault, usually.

Please address your problem to the support team and provide necessary information (debug information etc).

DTC U2100 means that the module initial configuration is not complete. In majority of cases, it should be enough to load factory As Built Data and rewrite ALL data blocks to the module, including those that weren't changed.
