Re: Can't find TPMS module for 2008 Explorer SportTrac

TPMS is in your GEM/SJB. You will likely have to edit the as built data yourself. There is no easy on/off switch for TPMS.

Re: Steering Angle Sensor - how to recalibrate?

It's possible your steering wheel itself is out of alignment. It is physically connected via a shaft to the steering gear, so the easiest way to fix it would be to have an alignment done. If you want to try doing it yourself (at your own risk), you should be able to remove the airbag and loosen the ...

No need to be rude. Help the newbie or move on. Last thing I want is for this community to turn toxic because people thing it's acceptable to reply the way you are in this topic. You normally have helpful information. Let's keep it that way, alright?

It also helps to provide detail in the title. As an example, let's look back at some old topic titles. "programming pats" is a pretty bad title. It doesn't tell me much, or even the vehicle in question. The topic was posted on June 1st and got no replies and only 145 views. Now "Traffic sign recogni...

If the 2014 uses the same modules from 2012, your BodyCM would be the GEM/SJB.

Re: 2009 crown victoria modules

I believe there is a service procedure in FORScan for programming key fobs that makes the process much easier. You just click a button on the screen, click the key fob, and it should update with the fob id immediately. It also lets you remove lost fobs individually without having to reprogram them a...

Re: Disabling Tire Pressure Monitoring System, 09 Lincoln Town Car

I'm afraid there is no disable option for any 08-11 Panther chassis cars. If your local Walmart has a tire shop, they can replace dead sensors for $25 or so a pop though. Cheaper than most other tire shops.

Afraid not. In your case, IDS is the only method to get the latest calibration.

Re: 2009 crown victoria modules

You might be right. Now that I'm looking at the wiring diagram for the Module Communications Network, I'm seeing HS-CAN and SCP (J1850). An entry level adapter may not support SCP.

Now that I have 3 vehicles which each use different networks, I mix them up.
