Well if you know what wire is troublesome you probably don,t need a wiring diagram. Strip back the insulation and test for power at different spaces until you find the problem. It will most likely be a green blob. Think about points of contact, or sharp corners. Stick to it, you will win in the end.

That could be obd, If it has the 16 pin obd socket it could have eobd. Never know until you try it.

Don,t think forscan can do re flash etc. Ford IDS is the tool for this

I did it once with IDS but, would only perform it the once. Don,t know why but after a few days everything worked, Very weird.

Did you check wiring to and from <signal wire> egr? The egr might be working but ecu not seeing its movement OR the wiring is shorting, so egr not being controlled.

Did you have any battery support? Or a charger connected. Its very important the voltage is stable when coding or any other work. Just look back at some posts and see if they had battery support when it all goes to pot.
