Get it on a pc win7. Get rid of android. Get the elm interface with switch on side,very important. Do not use bluetooth. Use search function and read as much as you can. Always connect a charger. These are the best tips i can give you. Good luck.

OK but you have now lost the evidence. You might get problems in the future, and if it don,t throw a code your stuck. I think you are very brave messing with a brand new vehicle, still under warranty.

I would not advise you to use bluetooth. Hard wired usb is the safest way. You need to do a lot of reading and educate yourself first. Dont expect someone to just jump in and help you. We are all learning just like you.

Turn off antivirus BEFORE you start, then after install ok then turn anti virus back on. Thats the way i was told to do it and i never get a problem.
