Re: 2007 Explorer Programming

Sorry, I don't know.
But, the 5 digit door code is usually also on a sticker on the trunk hinges of cars. Maybe it is on the tailgate hinge on the xplr? There is a sticker somewhere in the back of the vehicle, I'm sure.

Re: 2007 Mustang GT with Roush Supercharger

The only way I see correcting the speedo is either sending the PCM out to fix the gear ratio/tire size OR get a tuner (SCT, Diablo, or HP tuners). Those costs around $750 to have full access to the tune with those solutions. That's a lot of cash to spend on just correcting the speedo, and I'm just n...

Re: 2007 Mustang GT with Roush Supercharger

Yes. Forscan can't recognize your PCM due to the Roush calibration. The PCM is the "gateway" to the other modules. Forscan would not connect to my 2007 Coyote swapped car. The Forscan team hooked me up with a special version and I've been having fun configuring stuff, turning useless things off, et...

Re: SCP network monitoring

Sorry, I can't answer your question on the SCP network. But, I do have a suggestion that is easy to try. Unplug your alternator's regulator connection and see if that makes a difference. I recently fixed a weird electrical issue with similar symptoms that turned out to be voltage back feeding from a...

Re: 2007 Ford Edge - Disable TPMS?

By modifying the IC, I believe that poster only shut off the TPMS readout but did not disable it. The actual TPMS system is in the GEM. I've done some modifications to my IC also, I had to disable the Traction control, and ABS warning lights as my car does not have ABS at all. So the cluster was dis...

Re: Lincoln LS 2002 key fob ONLY questions

Have you checked your owner's manual? There is a procedure to place the GEM into learning mode, and you don't need Forscan. Google is all you need. :D

Re: 2007 Ford Edge - Disable TPMS?

I found the TPMS disable bit in the first line of the GEM as-built on my 2007 Mustang in 726-01-01. Original value: 0000 0020 0251 No TPMS value: 0000 0020 00xx, last 2 digits are the checksum, let Forscan calculate it. Again, this was on a MUSTANG of the same year, and it is my 'best guess' that Fo...

Knock sensor readings

What units do the knock sensor PIDs display in live data? Working on the coyote swap, 2013 mustang 5.0. Did some datalogging of the knock sensors and I'm not sure what I'm seeing. I see readings anywhere from 170 (idle) to almost 1000 (WOT). My SCT livelink software displays knock sensor in plus/min...

Re: 2015 Mustang GT No Low Fuel Warning

Are you sure you ran it low enough on fuel?

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the Sync system or 2015 mustangs to be of much help. There aren't many mustang guys on this board.
