Re: How to disable DRLs Mustang 2013-2014?

If you dont have the hs/ms can switch you wont be able to access the sjb.
Do you see a popup in forscan telling you to switch to ms can? This should pop up after forscan starts discovering modules in the car.

Re: How to disable DRLs Mustang 2013-2014?

Look for disabling DRL in the SJB. It is most likely there. You may need to go into the cluster too as you may get an error message after disabeling them. Look for it under module programming. Look for programming option that Does NOT say "as built". If you only have the as-built option, you will ne...

Forscan for Android Q

Does the android version work with a wired elm adaptor?
I would like to use Forscan to monitor trans temp when towing using my wired adapter. Bluetooth and wifi are used to connect phone to android head unit in my van. So usb is the only option.

Re: 08 Ford Mustang Bcm reprogramming

Did you actually install the SJB (bcm) from the donor?

You may be able to program the cluster itself and turn those warning lights off there. I upgraded my cluster and was able to turn off the ABS and Traction control lights in the cluster. (I dont have abs)

Re: Configured Mustang using Forscan, without AS-Built Data

This is where you woul start looking at modifying the asbuilt data. Just keep in mind that some or all the things you still want to change may not be possible or may disable a companion system you want to keep. I cangive you two personal examples. 1 I enabled my fog lights on mine, a full self test ...

Re: Configured Mustang using Forscan, without AS-Built Data

Correct. Asbuilt module config is always there for modes that can be configured. Non-asbuilt config is only there if the forscan team added that info to the program.

Re: factory reset All Modules from .AB from motorcraft website

Open the .ab file with notepad. Find the module specific info in it and use forscan to correct the one module with the issue.

Re: Configured Mustang using Forscan, without AS-Built Data

Both methods acomplish the same thing. If you have the option to do it without asbuilt editing, it means ppl decoded the asbuilt options and is included in Forscan.
