Re: Fuel Injector Correction factor TDCI

Dear An92,

Can you describe me more about your sound like a saw or sobbing? If you have a metal sound in idle it could be alternator pulley. It makes a horrible sound and somethimes it works fine, somethimes has metal sound. Check this : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cYXl5TlHdSE

Re: Cold start - engine vibrations, changing RPM - what to check

Hi, I have 1.8 tdci LYNX. This engine has no clasification codes (3,4 or 5 like other PSA engine with siemens injection) and you can replace injectors as you want. Injectors from 1 and 3 cylinder were tested on a test bench and they are OK. Injector from 4 cylinder has a new piezzo and nozzle. Backl...

Re: Cold start - engine vibrations, changing RPM - what to c

Hi. Did you solve the problem? I se you have high fuel pressure (460 bar). On idle must be 300+-10 bar, when cold 360bar(360 kpa). Did you check glowplugs, IAT sensor? I also have an issue with cylinder balaces on mondeo 2007, 1.8 tdci (330.000 km on clock), but i didn't notice any starting/driving ...
