only other thing it could be is a faulty connections or faulty pcm , so would be go around check as many earths as possible and any clips take em apart clean if needed bit of electrical cleaner etc .

may want to charge your battery as first step ,then clear codes and try to start it after its fully charged , then reread codes.
current ones suggest fauly charge curcuit , fauly transmission , faulty speed sensor.

you need to reprogram the ecm with your as built file first before doing anything else , other than most is do as you already stated.

it worked because you car is remote start not because of the odb and koer test well known alreadu and i have posted this numerous times.
you dont have to run anything just start the car with the remote start and the menu willl be their.

short answer yes , as posted many times , get the new chipped keys cut , delete all old keys and program the 2 new ones.

as stated in all the release notes , odometer write can only be increased , their may even be a warning before writing it too. Yes, but there was the option to decrease, and you get a warning almost before every write operation, and this operation seemed harmless... as far as i know their was never...
