hi can someone tell me please why i can not get the licence key to load, got to the download bit i click on that bottom left corner shows the download then i click on that and it comes up with an error message I think that if you read carefully the 1st post of this same thread, you’ll find the way ...

Set Windows to show file extensions, and then modify the extension.

I use the latest software 2.4.2 of forscan, i change value from menu but nothing happens.

1) do you save the config after you modify the values?
2) do you have the appropriate hardware?
(I.e. if you don't have folding mirrors installed, enabling the menu item is useless).
