Hi

Thanks for taking the time to investigate and reply..

Re: DPF regeneration fault

Thanks will do.

Do I need to fault codes cleared before the regen? The problem is, when I clear them, they come back within minutes and Im wondering if this is causing problems with the regen starting?

Re: DPF regen on UK Kuga

Yes, engine speed should increase. However on Kuga it is possible that the active phase of the regeneration is finished sooner than expected. For example, dedicated regeneration period may be 20 mins, revs increase for 10 min then engine works at idel in the rest 10 mins. If engine speed never grow...

Re: Cleaning clogged DPF on Ford Focus II 1.6 TDCI

Hi

When I do a static regen on my Kuga, it says it is processing but the engine revs don't change! Should the revs not increase to heat up the DPF?

Thanks

Re: DPF regen on UK Kuga

Hi

When doing a static regen, should the engine revs increase or should it stay at tick over?

Re: DPF regen on UK Kuga

Thanks...I'll check in the morning.

Where is the sensor located and is it easy to remove and clear/check?

Thanks

DPF regen on UK Kuga

Hi

Im still getting P2453 after a static regen on a 2010 Kuga....would doing another regen possibly help?

I tried resetting the learned values after the regen, but this failed saying contact the developers...:-|

Thanks
