Re: Setting arbitrary tire sizes for speedometer calibration

Assuming you already know the Tire Size field, then ensure you're calculating the tire size correctly.

Re: Setting arbitrary tire sizes for speedometer calibration

Ok. 1. Launch Forscan and connect to truck while running. 2. Click on the Chip icon, aka the "Configuration and Programming" tab. 3. Click on "BdyCM (AS BUILT format)" 4. Click on the Play icon, aka the "Run Service Procedure" button, on the bottom. 5. Read pop-up window and hit "Ok" 6. Click on the...

Re: Any body have a spreadsheet for 2012 F-150

I don't have a Spreadsheet but I'm more than willing to start one with your help.

If your not interested then I've noticed a lot of the '15 and up data also applies to our older models.

2013 F150 FX4 Crew JIC you were wondering.

Re: Navigation lockout while moving

In a 2013 Explorer the APIM 7D0-02-01 block contains the data you would need to change. Assuming that you're US, your data should be either 4153 or 5553. If you change that to read 5753 then you should have full navigation while moving. I have not tried using 4753 yet but I want to see if that works...

Changing Tire Sizes with Advance Track Equipped Cars/Trucks

I'm working on my brother in law's 2015 F250 Platinum 4x4, fully loaded. He's put new rims and tires on it with a small lift. His current tire size in the BCM is set to the highest factory size. He has 35x12.50 R20s on his truck right now. I've converted that into metric 318 60 R20, then calculated ...

Re: Setting arbitrary tire sizes for speedometer calibration

I have done it on my 2013 F150. Though the field is different. It is in the BCM still though. If you use the Factory Tire size settings to find the exact field you should then be able to use the rest of this thread's data to enter a custom Tire size. However, I have had limited luck with Ford Cars a...

Re: 2016 Ford F250 codes

I was working on a 2015 F250 and found the tire size field is in BCM in 726-45-01 2nd field. (xxxx-____-xxxx). However, the PCM and TCM both started throwing out codes for BCM error "value out of tolerance" stuff. This killed Advance Track as well. The 3rd field also changed when using the BCM facto...
