More likely that the switch soldered connection wasn't properly done. Open the housing up and take a look.

Re: Land Rover/Jag VCM II (Blue) vs Ford VCM2 (Red) vs TCS C

I prefer the jlr mongoose for jaguar \ landrover also works well with forscan for ford. the tcs cdp covers a good range of vehicles, but the chance of getting a good clone seem to be about 50\50, so be carful who you buy from. Are you running FORScan over the mongoose cable without any lack of func...

Re: Cannot connent FORScan to Ford Everest

With ForScan open, go to the cog button on the left side of the screen, second one from the bottom on the left hand column of icon buttons. That should show you the general page. Deselect/clear the check from demo mode, make sure the proper language is selected. Close the application. Reopen the app...

Land Rover/Jag VCM II (Blue) vs Ford VCM2 (Red) vs TCS CDP

Price range is $100-200 USD http://www.cardiagtool.co.uk/upload/pro/vcm-ii-diagnostic-tool-for-ford-20.jpg If you continue to dig around you'll find that their are Land Rover and Jaguar VCM2 clone...

Re: 2015 F150 Lariat Modules not all showing

Are you running FORScan on a computer or FORScanLite on an android device? I can see more modules when using my computer with the full FORScan software.

Re: 2005 Ford Escape

Just wanted to add my own update. FORScanLite wouldn't give me access to the GEM module, which is where the data is stored for alarm activation triggers on the 2005 Escape. I loaded the full FORScan onto my laptop, enabled Bluetooth and used an ELM327 1.5 unit with the MS CAN switch and Bluetooth to...

Re: OBD-2 adapter (cable) universal mod by Tehnis

Any new cable products on the market with the switch?

The idea of a fiat/ford/standard switch is interesting. I assume that would require an 8 pole switch?
