Sounds like you used the "Nav" upgrade instead of the "Non-Nav" upgrade which defaults to having Navigation. You may be able to turn it off in as-built data, however you may need to reinstall the upgrade with the correct package.

Did you copy all the settings over? There are some specific settings in the APIM that are for revolutions per mile for calculating the speed of the nav vs actual movement. I would select the same truck with same options (i.e. 2016+ with same engine/ and rear axle ratio) and copy APIM config out of t...

Luckily you can download the factory original values for the IPC (Module 720) at Ford's Motorcraft Service website. [url]http:\\www.motorcraftservice.com\asbuilt[/url] Enter your VIN, and it will give you the original As-Built data for all the modules in your car. All you need is the 720 module data.

Flex has no separate TCM. All TCM functions are through the PCM. That's why you can't find it.

I have a Mac Mentor Touch with the Mac (Bosch)J2534 VCI and it works perfect over USB to use Forscan. Been using it for a couple of years now with no issues.
