Just to name 2 OBDLink MX, ELS27 but there are many others, just look around for Forscan compatible devices and look for no togle and CAN MS support

Perfectly normal, during a complex procedure you will need to swap form one CAN network to other (High-Low) the toggle is just a cost cutting thing.. other manufatures have autoswitching components that does that automatically...

Hello pragmatic, a simple answer would be that the 2009 Ranger is a CAN car and your ELM`s CAN pair work OK and the 2000 Lincoln is older than CAN protocol and has K and L line.. which means that your ELM`s K and L line might not work, try to hook it up to anything before 2005ish and if you cant get...

Hi, keefShure EEPROM is usually done on a bench as its a direct HW erase and flash procedure and i highly doubt that it can be done via OBD thats why its a "bench" job
