Sounds a lot like the white plug isn't connected to the ICC properly. It's common for the dash to light up like a christmas tree when this happens.
Remove the cluster, pull the white connector out from inside the black housing until it locks out on both the left & right sides. Refit the ICC

Go to one drive, type the file name you saved into the search window

Definitely can't be adjusted using FORScan. It can be adjusted using PCMTEC. Workshops using this tuning software can make the changes for a fee.
