Re: PATS for 2010 FG Falcon

It was the OBDLink EX but I’ve since been using the vLinker FS. I don’t pick up the OBDLink cable anymore. Australian stock & fast delivery for the vLinker FS https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/195244113466?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=705-154756-20017-0&ssspo=sMcrL-6TSKu&sssrc=2349624&ss...

Sounds a lot like the white plug isn't connected to the ICC properly. It's common for the dash to light up like a christmas tree when this happens.
Remove the cluster, pull the white connector out from inside the black housing until it locks out on both the left & right sides. Refit the ICC

Re: BA Falcon (AUS) PCM firmware update fail - 2.4.7.test20230102

I just used the default settings. Latest openport driver listed by tactrix and I also made sure my openport 2.0 was updated with the latest frimware by downloading the latest EcuFlash and starting a random ecu read without a vehicle being connected (should trigger ecuflash to check and update firmw...

Re: BA Falcon (AUS) PCM firmware update fail - 2.4.7.test20230102

I emailed FORScan support, after sending a couple different logs and debug files they made a 2.4.7 test version that fixed my issue. I was able to flash both PCMs with FORScan v2.4.7 test20230111 I used the vLinker FS for one and the OpenPort 2.0 for the other (just in case using different adapters...

Re: BA Falcon (AUS) PCM firmware update fail - 2.4.7.test20230102

Agreed but the point being, does it have access to the MS CAN (Medium Speed CAN) and have that cable as well but use it strictly with Subaru models. This topic is programming of BA Falcon (AUS) PCM firmware update fail & to make a statement that, "Tatrix Openport 2.0 is a good cable but no...

Re: BA Falcon (AUS) PCM firmware update fail - 2.4.7.test20230102

Tactrix Openport 2.0 is a good cable but not meant for the Ford products. Not familiar with vLinker FS, more familiar with OBDLink EX. The Tatrix OpenPort 2.0 cable works perfectly when tuning Ford PCM's & is recommended by the developers of PCMTEC tuning software. Ford PCM's & TCM's in Aus...

Re: BA Falcon (AUS) PCM firmware update fail - 2.4.7.test20230102

FORScan are aware that BA PCM programming is not working & they are working on it. Once bricked, you need to connect using the previously saved profile. It'll find the PCM & is how to instigate recovery, once flashing these modules is properly supported. If you have paid for FORScan, you can...

Re: ABS module programming

Rather than going into the ABS As-built, have you tried going into ABS module configuration & changing the variant to what your original module was? The correct variant should be on the Tear Tag
