Did you resolve the problem with buttons?
I have the same problem, i tried everything

Have you replaced your APIM. If so then this is real simple stuff as you just need to compare your old APIM settings to the new one.

Try an older version of Forscan. I am still using 2.3.41. The next couple of versions after that had same problem in not being able to access BCMii.

I know you have said it's a newer sync version but was the APIM from exactly the same car as your own or has someone else coded the APIM to your VIN. What car did the sync 2 screen come from. If it's not from a car exactly the same as yours with exactly the same features and extras it will have different settings.
