If it works ok on another plug then i would go for a wiring fault. Did you test the old sensor the same way?

A leak off test with bottles is the best way to test these injectors.

Did you scan for faults? I would start with a battery check.

Just go to download page and get the new or old one and press "download". Your lisence etc will be automatically carry forward.

Take that sensor back out and do a scan. Its possible the module don,t like it. Where did you buy it?
