I posted some details of speedometer change in this thread -> viewtopic.php?f=5&t=16100. Maybe it'll help. Big thing was I had to delete Forscan and re-download the latest version and re-enter my license. After that it worked flawlessly.

Of all things, I use Paint, the generic Microsoft app on a PC. Open Paint, Open file, change size to 50%/50%, save.

So how am i suppose to get a new license since my email is charter.net? I contacted charter and this domain is not blocked it has to be something with your email provider. Only one email acct? exactly!!! i can get a new manual shift T-case for $1400 from tasca ford. i will go that route and be done with that stupid soccer mom 4X4 crap. if i had known this truck had ESOF i never would have bought it. never had esof before, and will never have it again!! i am trying to do diagnostics on the ESOP on my 2014 F250. i am also using a new laptop running windows 10. i can connect to the truck, but nothing else. i can not even figure out how to load the standard license. is there a trick to using forscan with windows 10? i had no problems on the old win X...
