Of all things, I use Paint, the generic Microsoft app on a PC. Open Paint, Open file, change size to 50%/50%, save.

i am trying to do diagnostics on the ESOP on my 2014 F250. i am also using a new laptop running windows 10. i can connect to the truck, but nothing else. i can not even figure out how to load the standard license. is there a trick to using forscan with windows 10? i had no problems on the old win X...
