I found the Double Honk disable in BdyCM 726-16-01 on my 2015 Flex.

BdyCM 726-16-01 0111 56 (Double Honk Enabled, Default)
BdyCM 726-16-01 0101 46 (Double Honk Disabled)
3rd digit number is 1: double honk enabled
3rd digit number is 0: double honk disabled

It all seems very straightforward, the FORScan setup and connection all went as described, I found the BCM address of 726-41-02, but much to my dismay, I found that the value in the fourth position was already set to "0". That location is to disable the double honk when exiting the vehicl...
