Have you let the car warm up first? Can you try driving the car in limp mode for a mile or two? I don't know what else to try. This has happened to me before a few times. And that's what worked warm up and driving like two miles in limp mode then trying it.

Also did you warm up the car first? Doesn't complete the relearn procedure properly without warming up the car first.

Have you tried with no battery charger connected and doing the BCM reset first.

How many miles on the car? If around 150,000 you might need new clutches. The service might not be completed if you have things running like the ac or if you take your foot off the brake before it says to. That other post says that he did that whole procedure while on the charger. And I am saying that it (the adaptive learning procedure) probably won't work right with it connected to the battery charger. So I'm not sure if you're understanding. Anyways have a good one.
