Are you using the OBDLink EX FORScan OBD Adapter?

I just checked several of the blocking sites and none of them have forscan.org blocked. Do you have any email reject messages that show who is blocking you?

Have you performed a Sync Master Reset?

P0335 FORD Possible Causes

What does this mean?
Faulty crankshaft position sensor
Crankshaft position sensor harness is open or shorted
Crankshaft position sensor circuit poor electrical connection
Signal plate may be damage
Starter motor may be faulty
Starting system circuit
Dead or weak battery

I would check the As-Built data in the BCM, DDM & PDM modules.

I updated the PAM in my daughters 2017 Mustang and once it completed, I get DTC in PAM: U2101:00-2B (Control Module Configuration Incompatible). The Ford site doesn't have the FL3T-14C656-BC calibration file so I can't update the firmware or strategy on my DSP. Any idea where I can get this?

I figured it out. All I had to do was Stop activity on the buses and the firmware loaded fine.

Anyone with experience programming firmware on a large module like the TCU know why am I getting the message "Access is lost" just before the module update is completed?
