Alternatively, if the vehicle is equipped with a dealer-installed or aftermarket remote start, that is probably the third key that is an administrator. If that's the case, you can remote start the vehicle while sitting inside, and while it's running on the remote start, access the MyKey menu and era...

Erase all keys, and reprogram the ones you have. They will both, then, be adminstrator keys.
