Email FORScan is your best bet I would think.

Have you deleted all your profiles and tried again from scratch?, or simply don't load a profile and then FORScan will try and discover all modules.

It's a possibility your OBD2 adaptor could be faulty?.

I use a Proscan Automotive ElmConfig, never had any trouble with it.

Hello again, the Save icon is greyed out, as soon as I press the Stop icon it goes back to last screen?.

How do you save that information please?.

EDIT, just seen the "Save All" button at the bottom, is that the one?. Can't believe I missed that!.
