you have to clear the my key and reprogram it how u want it at the time of programming

do you have an old saved profile if so load it up , goto the rcm module in the saved profile and get the calibration file name (maybe called stratigy file ), disconnect old profile and then load up new profile ,then get that file from the ford site or if you have it already load it to the new module...

you need to put the calibration file into the module.

their should be an option to enable engineering mode on forscan for the pcm which gives extra options.

goto ford web site put in vin ,down load as built , open forscan - write as built to new rcm ( have to select all files in lower drop down menu )

as build is as it says ,,,as the car was built so would remove any mods made to the module that you are returning to as built , they would need to be reapplyied , so summary is :- 1 load full as built = all modules rewrite to as built and all mods require re-applying. 2 load on the the effected modu...

as it is a early plate / model the gem module is what we would now call the pcm / bcm .

if you goto the ford web site and input your vin you will get the original as build file that was put in the car when it was built and then use forscan with this file to put it on the new PCM.
