Good point, I took it for granted that the fire suppression system has been deactivated.

I'll revise: If the fire supression system has been deactived, to get rid of the light you need to ground the wire I mentioned earlier. The FSCM controls the light in the cluster directly via that wire.

Crown victoria cruise control (if a can-bus car) is enabled in the PCM, so your only options are the dealer or someone who has a ford IDS/VCM tool.

Fire suppression lamp is controlled by a physical wire. You will need to ground the light green/red wire that is pin 6 on the fsm module connector.
