Re: How to program PATS using FORScan v2.2.*

Good information! I'm wandering if Forscan will perform this on my brother fiesta st150 2005 as he only has one key? I'm slightly confused as it states programming blank keys, Does this mean the original working key cannot be resused? Also wondering if the key has to be blank, I.e is a second hand k...

Re: PCM module reset?

FORScan wrote:PCM reset does reset of all data learned by PCM during so called self-learning process. It doesn't clear injector codes and PATS data.
Awesome this is what I wanted :) wasn't in the previous version I had for my model
Thanks

PCM module reset?

Hello all, just a very quick one. Does the PCM module reset option erase the whole data or just the ecu parameters?
If I perform this will it wipe the key coding and injector codes?
Thanks

1.6 Tdci injectors test

Hello I understand that forscan doesn't have the function to test injector rates on the 1.6 Tdci engine, however Lexia and pp2000 do. Will these work with my fiesta?
Many thanks

Re: 1.6 Tdci boost control solenoid

You can check pressure using MAP PID. At idle : ~100 kpa (1 bar) - atm pressure Full load: ~230 kpa (2.3 bar) - 1 bar atm + 1.3 bar turbocharger (not sure about exact value of max pressure for your specific engine). Hello, what I mean is that the turbo is hesitating. And I was wondering if their is...

1.6 Tdci boost control solenoid

Hello there, can you advise if there is a way to test the boost control solenoid? Or do I have to do this manually with a vaccum gauge? Is there any way to find what the pressure should be at idle for example? It seems there is more turbo lag and more turbo noise now for a few seconds and I'm lost A...

Re: Turbo values reset relearn n75?

Sorry, we are not aware for such a function for Fiesta 2006. Can I reset the Ecu by unplugging power for 30 minutes or is this a myth? I am fitting the gt1544v vnt turbo in place of the td025. Maybee I can use vnt % pid to set the turbo up if it needs adjusting on the rod? I undersrand vnt should g...

Re: EGR value reset procedure

The ability to turn this off without a costly remap from a tuning company would be great. I hope you understand my question. Thanks FORScan team. There is no intent to use FORScan for a "chip tuning". It is expected that reflashing will work in the following way: 1. User provides a calibration file...

Nice one, thank you for the help.
Believe it or not all four are totally out of range, I can see the relay is working itself
Cheers guys
