Standard and Extended licenses for Windows

Hi I'm having problems getting my licenses to download on my computers, I have tried 3 different computers and i just can't get it to download and open, I have even turned off all my antivirus with no luck, it wants to open with internet explorer and does not give me any other options, is there another way I can get it? I don't know what else to do. Thanks Ken

You should simply be able to download the file. Once the file is downloaded open up FORScan and then have it add the license. It's about a 30 second process. Should be rather straight forward. You don't have to open the file itself, let forscan add it.

I downloaded forscan and when it's done i click on it and then it asks me what i want to save the file to, It wants to save it to internet explorer and if I click on save as there is nothing there so my only choice is internet explorer, if i go into my files I see forscan but when i click on it there's nothing there and if i open forscan and click on the load license it takes me back to their site, I'm totally confused and i really want to get this figured out so i can change a few things on my truck.

I did everything you said to do in your instruction but when it asks me if i want to apply the changes at start up i say yes and forscan closes and reopens without the license, I guess i just won't be able to use forscan on my truck. It sucks.

At this point I'm willing to pay someone to do this for me. It's so aggravating and i have already put money out for this and really want to do the bambi mood and a few other things.

had to go and do it this way what a pain in the ass but finally got it. thanks for all the help. now to do some more mods
