I'm brand new to this and having some license difficulty. I stepped through the process all the way to the "load license key" button. When I click it, it takes me to my downloads and highlights Forescan. when I click OK, it shows three files. .., data, and images. None of those do anything.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks

I entered proper information and the site will not generate a license key. Please help I need to program a key before my only copy breaks. Original key was never received with vehicle, only got one that's already bent and starting to crack.

Howdy.

LOL - Calm down, son. No need fer histrionics. ALL the answers are posted in the very first post in this thread. Patience, Da? :D

Once you've grabbed yer Hardware ID from the 'About' screen in Forscan, click on the link in Step 2 of the first post to generate a license.

Clearly - yer doing something wrong. This process is purty much bulletproof - I've never had it fail yet. Many, many also have had success - it's almost too simple to make more complicated!

How about some screenshots of each step you are performing, up until and including where ye get the failure. Info like that may help someone nail yer missteps. Otherwise, yer descriptions so far help very little. Actually - they don't help at all. Not bein' a dick - just the facts, aight?

Now - If you can't follow these extremely easy and clear instructions, and/or are unwilling to put in the effort to provide useful troubleshootin' info fer the fellers here, you may want to consider not using this tool - just imagine the further grief that'll ensue when ye pecker yer vehicle.. Again - no dickishness intended - just the facts as I see 'em. Da? Da.
